A question to be considered, "is separation of South from Sudan was what South Sudanese need?"

I took this potion from my own book titled “Humans in Forgotten World” in which I have a bit elaborated on the suffering of South Sudanese society in a wider manner in order to make our point more understandable.
When any people put up their Country, their first challenges include the immediate realization on ways for which the people must get to survive. I mean that the executive of that Country must quickly draw the ways for her Citizens upon which they (Citizens) are enhanced such that they get skills on how to use their hands.
This must be the major concern for the government to do it. The nonprofessional must get supported on how to work in his or her own firms and most importantly, the governing body should help everybody on finding compensations and loans including capacity building. Jobs must be availed to jobs seekers; this helps in stopping dependency and pave ways for personal improvement. Without which the entire Country will never get out from wails of aggression and fueled by poverty.
The Mozee Jomo Kenyatta reiterated after the independent of Kenya that Kenyans suffered three things, namely poverty, disease, ignorance, and that Kenyans should learn to be self-reliant in the spirit of concerted effort, yea, which he called its name harambee in order to supplement government effort in development.
President Moi seconded the same ideology in what is known as Nyayoism, which mean following the footsteps of the founder, harambeeism of Kenyatta. Our South Sudanese friend   Rev. Claudio Zaninotto of Italy talked it willingly in his well-spirited book titled, “When two elephants are fighting, it is the grass that suffers”. He says that what South Sudanese leaders do not really know after their independence are the dilemmas on how they will govern this gigantic Country after it will be fully lowered upon their own hands.
Okay, until we reached July 9th 2011, the very important Day in our lives as South Sudanese people all, was where worries began to disturb me more. It happened that when I heard microphones shouting: SPLA Oyeeee! New Sudan Oyeeee! South Sudan Oyeeee! Salva Kiir Oyeeee! Paul Malong Awan Oyeeee! SPLM Oyeeee! SPLA Oyeeee! SPLM Oyeeee!!! Come out all of you the people of Aweil, come…come…all…all…..all!! Come all! Come all! Come to Aweil Freedom Square—today it is your very, very, very important Day! It’s a very important Day!!......Today! Today!
The microphones repeated that over, over and over repeatedly. All the politicians in collaboration with other parties were urging the Community to come out to celebration their very eventful and the waited Day of your Independence. Therefore, the influx in to the Aweil freedom square of men, women, girls and boys, both civilians and arm personals were great.
All my colleagues from different sectors disturbed me by their phone calls—egging me to come out and meet them, such we could go together for celebration venue. My colleagues from teachers, Pastors and others were persuasively urging me to come out well dressed for celebration, but unfortunately, I could not. I wished to make them happy by joining them in such a historical Day of my Country’s Independence—yet my heart was blunt about that.
I could not tolerate this: that in any society whose people used to praise the rich and eulogy their top ones—they will always engender prideful spirit and neglectful hearts—the pride that will eventually distort all the nobility of man! So, to continue with story, I stayed home until mid-day whereas everyone including my own wife was already at celebration’s arena. Then at mid-day I finally made up my mind go to the Freedom square where there was a great mob seriously enchanting. Though I did come to the place, yet I was still rigid to come closer, rather I seated myself at distant under a certain mahogany tree where a woman was making her tea—and ordered one cup of my favorite.
Then I gazed at them from faraway, frantically exasperated at the jubilation crowd with wrinkled face. I looked at them ruefully every now and then—not sensing that someone might be watching my unbecoming reactions even. In addition, as I was still looking at the shrieking crowd—observing how a certain young man from Lou tribe was energetically brandishing his buttocks repeatedly, as he danced. Moreover, other young Dinka women who were enthusiastically singing songs with countless ululation, and some old men and women were jumping vicissitudes, laughing abysmally and ceaselessly and repeatedly jarred me up!

I, just exasperated by such irresponsible dances—not realizing that I was still in the tea place, I rashly said: ‘These people are really chicken minded and ignorant type, wherefore are they dancing now? I continued, “They’re very dull enough to foresee what it means to get Independent at the other side!
I recklessly repeated such words with loud voice until Abuk Akech Deng, a tea-maker woman retorted me with her searing questions, and she said, “Malong! Malong, you know I used to respect you so much, because I have known you to be a knowledgeable and noble person and without haughtiness—today you proved the opposite!
What happened to you today? You’re not even happy and are asking such questions that “why these enchanting and shrieking for?” She continued, “I have seen your face wrinkled and displeased even, why? She went on to explaining to me saying, “Have you forgotten that these people are giggling for their Independence Day? If I were to be free my from tea work, I would have joined them, but because my kids will eat nothing eventually at the end of the day if I do not make tea. That is why I am here now, you see”.
Then she finally concluded saying, “We are now a free people as she was collecting her empty glasses”. I quickly rebuffed and questioned her back, “freed from what?” She said, “Free from Arabs of course, she hastily replied in confidence”. Nevertheless, as I leaned back on my chair, I said, “you do not know yet this people how craving and neglectful their ways are. I continued, have not these same reckless leaders governed us?
I aid as I pointed at them with my three fingers. I continued—were they not the same people who are egging these poor Community and falsely addressing them that they’ll render good services to them?”, I continued, “are they not the same ones governing us since 2005 up to this very July 9thof 2011?”Yes, she replied to my questions—in a rather weak voice.
Then I said, “Then what changes have they made, these unruly, and ‘twenty one years-minded groups’. They vaguely think about these neediest tribes—who are sincerely looking forward with expectation to have their needs met. This, is something that is unbelievably contrary to these militias who took this Day for granted as their privileged day—as an One party merit for Credited Day”—this day which they allegedly claimed it as One party efforts exerted or achievement—and are going to make these peasants “share with them in its harvest”.
These blunt hearted politicians did never think it even that the battle is fought collectively. Even, to mention but few, there were both rural and urban people—including the intellectuals inside the Sudan and those in Diasporas nationalists who did not know or heard about anything called Party. Nevertheless, they fought the war heartily to death! However, I explained all these to Abuk Akech Deng—that the achieved independent day was a wage of a collective struggle—(and) by all the South Sudanese in and outside this Country cohesively. In addition, that it was regardless of any party, religion or tribe—yet she was still passive and keenly urged me to specifically give SPLM/A the privileged more time.
She said, “They will indulge for so times, but later on they might realize that what they were doing is wrong, and sure, they will improve into becoming good leaders.” I was very depressed by her senseless answers—and from how her reckless and ignorance about all that I said. I sobbingly walked away in a bad stress.
Though in attempt, tried to apology to me saying, “Please, Malong, come back, see you have not even finished your tea”. I never looked even back again. My heart became so rigidly unhappy—and loathed to see any South Sudanese Human Beings! My heart went further asking me questions like, “Your creator have assigned you with the fatigues of suffering, hasn’t he? You are from failed Beings, aren’t you?
You are destined for everlasting misfortunes, aren’t you? I went even further noting down every time whenever I could take steps to any place or in any conversation for the two days of the Jubilee.
--Where will we really be heading our destination right now afterward, as we have fully possessed an Independent State? I am afraid, from where will we export shrewd leaders who will govern our Country with transparency and selflessly exert their commitment in building this Country?
-Will not these fervently fermenting politicians with their tribalism minds—, which had already engulfed our Nations, cut us to pieces and feed us to vultures?
-Now that we have a sworn in president—from Dinka clans, will he perceive that a leader must be above his own tribes? Or will he be partial to his 21 years colleagues and let go of our public assets—such that his reckless colleagues extravagantly waste them? Surly, they won’t be economically sage, rather they’ll squander the State finances on irresponsible aliens and native women, yea, those sweaty soft bodies—they will lure them into bankruptcy and this Country will be poor very soon!
-I am quite sure, they will not hurry up by equipping their Country with the best educational system, yes, I know, they will redundantly malinger about in fantasies’ and chase after endless pleasures. And whenever the sense of educating their children is imminent, I am sure, they’ll solely send their kids out of their Country in order to learn in foreign schools—not realizing that it is wastage—and eventually, they’ll spoil their kids’ wit through other bad cultures—these infants will wrongly get molded into different  human beings!
They will not realize that their kids will come back disoriented and thoroughly different people from within them by reason of the educations they got from different continents! Those children taken abroad will definitely be strange to their Country.
Because education is not merely meant for reading, speaking and writing—rather it is more than that. You must teach the child his/her values, intimate love for his/her Country—adherence to the truth, responsibility to initiate and govern his/her affairs shrewdly, respect for his/her dignity and dearly uphold the cause of his/her integrity—and to eschew evil deeds of all kind. To teach the child solely to know writing and reading, won’t make such kids far from those bandits member of failed parliamentarians who vaguely say Yes, when it’s worthy saying No, and say no, when it’s time for Yes!
-Our Country is full of robbers those threatens the community at nights—but who can believe that they are our very soldiers’ survivors? They’re not properly reintegrated in to Units for good management system, so they have deployed themselves into robbery—they aren’t ashamed from such acts, why not be ashamed since they were merely doing this as habit even in a Gorilla time!
-I don’t see any reason to not panic from an unexpected perils, for who can convince me that there is security in this State—if the security personnel sit with their pistols exposed out in a show under temporary platforms for sweet tea makers ladies! Who will take shrewd care of us? There is no one!
-I repeatedly questioned myself saying, ‘will these peasants who had been in rural life, using under-tree roots for medication get helped? Will these reckless politicians really know that it’s time to erect good heath cares and put up good hospitals for these communities? I know, these blind politicians—the best thing they’ll do is only wasting, they’ll squander our Country money to Indian, Jordan and Egyptians’ hospitals in abroad—yet they will come back never recuperated and will still take more money for the reasons of their unpromising health!
-I know, they will resort to their heretical communistic ideology of defying the existence of the Almighty God and doggedly resort to so-called witchcraft and eventually provoke strikes of God’s Autocratic curses and punishments upon their Country ignorantly. Because this must be, clear to every South Sudanese citizen, that ‘we didn’t liberate ourselves by our own strength, but God did snatch us out from mulish hands of Khartoum government’s strong clutching.
-In the next evening, my Mum came from Aweil East, our County filled with excitement and jubilation—as she made a visit to see me with my family. She reportedly told me every single joy-making facts of how they’d celebrated yesterday their SPLA/M given freedom as they termed it as ‘happy new year gift’ after Dr. John Garang. She explained to me saying, ‘today, our Chief Government’s Official reminded us to pay true homage for our heroes and heroines who fell in the war time and we stood up for five minutes in silence to their remembrance. I replied her in a rather taunting way, “in a true homage?” I continued, “Mum, your words are contradicting, for you first said that the martyrs were remembered in a ‘true homage’ but last for ‘five minutes’.
“What do you meant?” she replied. I said, “The true part of your words were ‘for five minutes’ only, because these politicians don’t have in their minds any tangible mechanism for serving these vulnerable families of our martyrs!
They have just mocked our true heroes and heroines who laid down their souls for this Country. Had they not died, we won’t have this Country which we boast about today. Therefore, both I and my Mum recalling the death our fathers, Uncles and Aunts—thus we ruefully questioned the same question, “will these profligates realistically remember them by easing living to their families?”
-Any Nation that get its Independence through struggle, if those who called themselves "liberationists" maintain the power in their complete grasp—(and) let it go not, such that their communities fairly elect their own leaders–which is the true democratic procedures—if they do the opposite, that Country will never get to be Democratic again at all. Now, our reckless politicians called themselves democratically elected leaders—terming this Country as ‘Democratic State’. I used to wonder how? When could revolts that fought their government (I said this regardless of color, tribe and religion) should still be democratic? They are not even equipped with true knowledge of Democratic values!
-When we do not care to work hard, our ways of generating incomes will turn to be by “begging and gossiping” one another—in order to get bulk amount of money. These styles is not hard, it doesn’t need much efforts—for it is subtly taken into hearts by these poor peasants—they have realized that the easiest way to get money is just to go to the top brass and utter lies—and you will be rewarded in replete.
Thus, I wondered, will education really have any value or effect since the academic qualifications have no credit? For when the shortest cut to get to become millionaire is just to “gossip and lie” and you will earn bulk money?
I really wondered; will this Country prosper under such slack bodies’ hands—when men and women who don’t bother to cultivate their grounds for food—rather resorting into beggary—how will they out from famine! When have ever beggars or thieves happened to become rich?
-Polygamy, marrying of many wives is our inseparable culture, so we have become extremely proud about it that we have even crossed all boundaries of responsibilities. For instance, one of my friends, who happened to be an Honorable also by then, raped a certain schoolgirl of fourteen years old.
This act marveled me and when I questioned him that he has violated the right of the school girl, he cunning replied both to me and the poor parents of the girl saying, ‘don’t worry, I will adjust this marriage through our cultural ways of marrying’. In addition, the parents of that girl so quickly believed him—and before I could explain more about its badness or goodness I was ousted out of the entire agenda!
So I wondered where we will find responsible leaders who would perceive that such irresponsible acts devastate the entire future of the Country!!
-The Laws of the Country should supposed to be observed by all, with no one to temper or fly above them—but these profligates-politicians declined to adhere to the Country’s Constitution. Moreover, every one of them is predisposed into holding three or even more positions or titles like, “Hon MP, rank of Lt. General, H.E Minister and Business man” at the same time—holding the laws in this hand, and public assets and business in the hands.
I wondered which Country, could ever survive in the hands of such gourmand and profligates’ care. What can grantee its life or boost it up by the legs from a breaking fall?
